Your Role:

  • Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
  • Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations
  • Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
  • Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe and compassionate environment
  • Assist in promoting residents’ independence and overall well-being

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
  • Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide (or applicable qualifications to administer medications)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
