Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a PRN basis. If you are a strong clinical leader with a passion for quality patient care and team development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist nursing leadership with oversight of daily clinical operations
Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care
Ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift
Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance
Participate in regulatory surveys and inspections
Support care planning, resident assessments, and discharge coordination
Monitor medication administration and treatment procedures
Address staff concerns and workplace issues professionally
Welcome and orient newly admitted residents and families
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Provide direct nursing care when needed
Assist with staff evaluations and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
Minimum 5 years of nursing home experience required
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to make independent clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
