Activity Aide Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, and social events, tailored to meet the needs and interests of our residents

  • Encourage participation and socialization among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging

  • Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs and special events

  • Assist with documenting resident activities and progress, as necessary

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility standards and regulations

Activity Aide Requirements:

  • Prior experience preferred (entry-level opportunities available)

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families
