Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans
• Participate in staff training programs and in-service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
• Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role

  • Competitive hourly rate: $27.50 - $32 hourly

  • Up to $3 hour shift differential available
