Join our dynamic team at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to join our team, night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a passion for delivering top-notch care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including medication administration records, treatment records, and progress notes

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Familiarity with long-term care regulations and guidelines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without the assistance of equipment or other personnel

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
