What You Bring to the Table: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained. Certification: Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting). Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro! Strong Problem-Solving Skills – You think on your feet and adapt quickly. Excellent Organization & Time Management – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine. Customer Service Rockstar – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
