Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 8-hour shifts available
  • Every other weekend required

Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while leading and supporting the clinical team. This role is essential in ensuring quality outcomes, maintaining compliance, and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
  • Notify physicians and leadership of any changes in condition
  • Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to quality care
