What We're Looking For:

We are seeking select professional, dedicated, experienced nurses who are dependable, personable, and committed to providing exceptional care. You will be part of a collaborative care team under RN, APRN, & physician supervision, supporting individuals with medical, behavioral and developmental needs.

Open Positions:

  • Full-Time Night Shift LPN 7pm-7am - 3 shifts per week (36hrs)

Our new plus position is for select nursing professionals who are committed to their position & their calling as a nurse. Work 36hrs weekly & get paid for 40! Probationary period mandatory*

Responsibilities Include:

  • Medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures

  • Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes

  • Following and documenting provider orders accurately

  • Assisting with daily living tasks (bathing, grooming, mobility)

  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs & assist with transfers

  • Educating client families on care and safety

  • Ensuring quality, confidential, and evidence-based care

What You Bring:

  • Must have a stable prior employment history* 

  • Active Florida LPN license (unrestricted)

  • At least 2 years of nursing experience (verifiable)

  • Experience with developmental disabilities, neurological, endocrine, or pediatric/adolescent care is a plus

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

  • Strong time management and independent care skills

  • Must pass Level 2 background screening

  • Valid driver's license, social security card, and recent health statement & negative TB

  • Reliable transportation
