Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care

Requirements:

• Active and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
• Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role
