Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical treatments, and monitoring vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri

  • Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
