About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional nursing care, administer medications, and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. Our Registered Nurses (RNs) are the heart of our care team, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) professional to join our dynamic team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing personalized care plans

  • Conduct regular assessments and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate and timely records and charts

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service
