Job Summary:

Axiom Healthcare of Flora is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Flora, Illinois. Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

Help residents transfer, reposition, and ambulate safely using appropriate equipment
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
Support residents' emotional and social well-being by engaging them in activities and conversation
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow HIPAA guidelines and infection control protocols
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:

Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with appropriate equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate attitude and dedication to quality resident care
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
