Your Leadership Impact

Clinical & Operational Excellence

  • Lead, direct, and oversee all functions of the Nursing Services department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Develop and implement clinical programs that promote quality outcomes and resident-centered care

  • Monitor and guide nursing practices to ensure consistency with policies and best practices

  • Participate in admission decisions, helping ensure appropriate placements and quality care planning

Team Leadership & Development

Quality & Compliance Leadership

  • Ensure readiness for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews

  • Address resident concerns, family feedback, and clinical issues with urgency and professionalism

  • Participate in leadership meetings to review census, clinical changes, and operational priorities

On-Call & Leadership Presence

  • Participate in an on-call rotation, providing clinical and operational leadership after hours

  • Respond to urgent situations involving staffing, resident care, or compliance concerns

  • Serve as a trusted resource and decision-maker for nursing staff at all times

What You Bring

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare setting

  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, clinical standards, and nursing operations

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance

  • Current CPR certification
