Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our behavioral unit team on a weekend dayshift schedule. As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you will provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring. You will also assist with daily living activities, mealtime activities, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

  • Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

  • Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
