Caregiver Job Duties May Include:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Scheduling:

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience or CNA
• Dedication and passion for serving others
• Positive and professional attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Valid, active driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, safely stoop, bend, and walk stairs

Weekend On Call In Home Caregiver

$17 / hour
A Place at Home - Little Rock is looking for a non-medical in home caregiver. The On-Call Caregiver is responsible for being available to provide immediate caregiving support when scheduled caregivers are unavailable, call off, or when emergency client coverage is needed. This role ensures continuity of care for clients by stepping in on short notice while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and high-quality care standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Available & Responsive: Remain available during assigned "on-call" hours. (Friday 5pm-Monday 7am) Respond promptly to calls, texts, or messages regarding shifts. Prepared to travel to client in our service area (Little Rock, Benton, North Little Rock, Jacksonville, Maumelle, etc.) Client Care: Provide non-medical in home care services... Examples of care: personal care, assistance with mobility and transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, assisting with errands as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all state requirements for non-medical caregivers. Ability to travel to different client locations. Ability to respond to coverage needs on short notice. Reporting to shift within 30 minutes of the call Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience or CNA/PCA certificate.
