Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Nursing and other members of the nursing team

• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
