Job Summary for the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) position:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, individualized care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist residents with meals and monitor intake
Take and record vital signs
Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
Provide companionship and emotional support
Work closely with nurses, therapists, and fellow CNAs
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Document care accurately and on timely basis
Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)Requirements:

Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
