SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a part-time RN Clinical Supervisor to help guide care quality, support caregivers, and build strong client relationships—without the stress of hospital schedules or full-time leadership roles.

  • No nights, weekends, or holidays

  • Flexible schedule (we build it with you)

  • Leadership role without 24/7 responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

  • $42–$52/hour (based on experience)

  • Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct client assessments and create care plans

  • Perform supervisory visits (low volume, high quality)

  • Mentor, train, and support caregivers in the field

  • Ensure compliance and clinical excellence

  • Partner with leadership on improving care and processes

  • This is NOT a full-time Director of Nursing role

  • This is NOT an on-call heavy position

Typical Week

  • 1–2 client visits per day

  • 2-4 new client assessments per week

  • 1 HHA skills training per week

  • Caregiver supervision and support

  • Flexible admin/charting time

Requirements

  • Active Minnesota RN license

  • Minimum of 1+ year nursing experience

  • Leadership or mentoring interest (experience preferred, not required)

  • Ability to travel locally

Schedule

  • 20–30 hours/week

  • Flexible and collaborative scheduling between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays
