Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Companion Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care of Greater Bristol. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with house maintenance, answer phone calls, and converse with patients to provide assurance
Observe Universal Precautions and provide patient transportation to doctor appointments and outside activities
Provide patient laundry and linen changes, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Prepare and clean up meals

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Non-Medical Caregiver
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Must have cell phone/tablet
