Our team has been providing Non-Medical Homemaker Companion services in Litchfield County since 2010. Having worked with thousands of Clients and Caregivers, we understand that needs are unique to the individual. The ABC Hiring Team will take the time to get to know you during our interview where will we review your completed application, preferences for Cases / Clients and even review goals you are looking to achieve for the calendar year. Each interview is one on one, we do not believe in group interviews as it takes away from the overall experience. You are more than a number in a database. Our Caregivers have the ability to choose their own schedules based on Client needs. Prior experiencing working as a Caregiver for at least three years is ideal. We are also looking for Caregivers who have a strong sense of empathy, are willing to go the extra mile and are tired of having to apply to companies.
