Job Summary:

Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Caregivers to join our team in New Milford, CT. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical care and support to seniors in their own homes, assisting with daily routines, household tasks, and providing companionship. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Responsible for house maintenance when applicable

  • Answer phone calls for clients when necessary

  • Converse with patients to provide assurance

  • Observe Universal Precautions

  • Provide patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping

  • Provide patient laundry and linen changes

  • Light housekeeping

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Meal preparation and clean up

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Must have Cell Phone/ Tablet
