Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Homemaker Companion Caregivers to join our team at Always Best Care of Greater Bristol. As a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. We are looking for experienced caregivers who have excellent communication skills, previous experience working with seniors, and a genuine passion for providing care. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Responsible for house maintenance when applicable

  • Answer phone calls for clients when necessary

  • Converses with patients to provide assurance

  • Observes Universal Precautions

  • Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping

  • Provides patient laundry and linen changes

  • Light housekeeping

  • Provides medication reminders

  • Meal preparation and clean up

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Must have Cell Phone/ Tablet
