CNA Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Support mobility, repositioning, and overnight comfort care
  • Perform routine rounds and safety checks
  • Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and calm overnight environment
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures

CNA Requirements

  • Active Missouri CNA Certification (required)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Dependable with strong attendance
  • Compassionate and team-focused
