Administer medications and treatments as directed. Assign CNA duties, resident assignments, and breaks. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers. Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and families. Lead shift huddles and communicate important updates to nursing leadership. Complete accurate clinical documentation and incident reports. Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs. Assist with surveys, inspections, and facility quality initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Active LPN license in the state of Missouri. Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a nursing team and prioritize resident care.
