Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Majestic Care Center in Camden, New Jersey. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and conditions

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adheres to regulatory requirements and standards

• Provide emotional support and counsel to patients and their families

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
