Job Summary:

Majestic Care Center, a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Camden, New Jersey facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Conduct initial patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet unique needs

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to our goal of exceptional patient care and outcomes

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, adhering to infection control practices and adhering to established protocols

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting; willingness to learn and grow with our team

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
