LVN RN MDS Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MDS Nurse Coordinator (RN/LVN) to join our dedicated team at Advanced Rehabilitation & Healthcare of Vernon, a 120-bed skilled nursing and comprehensive care facility in Vernon, Texas.
