Complete client assessments, create care plans, and oversee ongoing care
Facilitate caregiver skill assessment at weekly orientation and assist with employee training as needed
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients and their family members

Marketing and community outreach at local facilities and networking groups to create referral sources and make connections for client growth
