Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Nurse Supervisor RN to lead our clinical team and ensure smooth operations during the most critical shifts of the week. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to support both residents and staff—you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical operations during weekend shifts
• Support and guide nursing staff across the building
• Respond to changes in resident condition and escalate as needed
• Ensure compliance, quality care, and proper documentation
• Communicate with providers, families, and leadership
• Serve as the go-to clinical decision maker

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Texas)
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Calm under pressure, team-focused, and highly reliable
