We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton. As an HHA with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing wholehearted, life-energizing care in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Certified Care with competent and safe routine transfer assistance, memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence care

  • Provide Personal Care with compassionate and sensitive toileting, showering, and personal hygiene assistance, as well as medication reminders, mobility assistance, and fall prevention

  • Provide Companionship and Light Housekeeping, which may include social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping

  • Keep accurate records of client care and communication with the care team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HHA delivering home care

  • CPR Certification required

  • Ability to work weekends (optional)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Ability to work in Manatee County, FL
