As a Client Services professional, you will ensure our clients and their families receive home care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring staff to ensure clients come first and caregivers have the support they need to be successful.
This is a full-time position, and the right fit would be available for office or shift work between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and every other weekend. Please contact the office if your skills apply and you are interested!
Key Responsibilities
• Care Management: Develop care plans and oversee their execution; provide Geriatric Care Management and ensure all care meets the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, inspire, and motivate CHAMPS and Care Professionals in both the office and the field; set expectations, coach performance, and recognize achievements.
• Training & Development: Facilitate new hire orientations and participate in ongoing in-services; accurately assess the competencies of In-Home Care Aides.
• Service Management: Visit clients across the Midlands to conduct re-assessments; monitor service to optimize utilization and maintain positive relationships with referral partners and payors.
• Direct Care: Covering of shifts due to staffing shortages or emergencies. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH ALL CLIENTS.
• Operations: Manage on-call duties as needed; handle client concerns with a focus on high-quality service and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on care experience with Seniors.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (managing 5+ employees).
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people.
• Licensing: * CNA license (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.

• Communication: Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively (verbally and orally) with all levels of personnel.
• Professionalism: Strong awareness of professional boundaries and adherence to HIPAA laws.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Working Conditions: Willingness to travel to client homes throughout the Midlands. Ability to work flexible hours and after-hours as needed to support business needs.
