Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the nursing team during evening shifts

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality improvement activities

Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Florida
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse and 1+ year of experience as a shift supervisor or above
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and policies
