Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.

Basic Cardiac Life Support, ACLS and PALS (must obtain within one year of start date).

Based on operational needs, on-call and late shifts may be required.

Recent OR experience and/or Interventional Radiology experience. In the absence of OR experience will accept minimum of 2 years RN experience in an acute care setting.

Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred

Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Certification in the posted specialty area.
