The Annandale clinic is searching for an Advanced Practice Provider to join its team. Here you will be part of a 10 member team including the service line specialties of mental health services, medical imaging, and anticoagulation therapy, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

  • 36 patient contact hours per week - flexible, open to lower FTE

  • Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

  • Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

  • Clinic hours are Monday 7:30am-5pm and closed Saturday-Sunday.

Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
