Caregiver Opportunity – Weekend & Evening Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for two patients in the same household located at:Somers, NY 10589

Work Schedule

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, compassionate care for both patients
Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, mobility)
Ensure a safe environment, especially fall prevention
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior

Ideal Candidate

Experience with dementia care and post-rehab support preferred
Dependable, patient, and empathetic
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage long weekend shifts and evening hours
