Job DescriptionThis position provides, encourages, and instructs residents in maintaining or reaching highest level of function of ADL's (activities of daily living) through comprehensive care plans. Primarily responsible for providing individual and comprehensive resident care in accordance with the plan of care. Performs responsibilities under the supervision of the licensed personnel. Responsible for reporting deviations in resident status to appropriate licensed personnel.
