What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Deliver safe, effective, and individualized care to adult patients across medical, surgical, and oncology specialties
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health management
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedics, or Oncology nursing
- Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
