We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver for an upcoming home care case following hospital discharge.

The client, recently experienced a hip fracture and is currently recovering.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 2 shifts of 12 hours each (exact days to be confirmed upon discharge)

  • Start Date: Immediate upon client return home

  • Setting: In-home care

  • Client Condition: Post-hip fracture recovery; requires support with mobility, personal care, and daily activities during early recovery phase

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with mobility and safe transfers

  • Personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)

  • Meal preparation and light household support

  • Medication reminders (if applicable)

  • Companionship and monitoring for safety

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in post-hospital or rehab transition care preferred

  • Calm, attentive, and patient demeanor

  • Able to assist with mobility support safely

  • Reliable and flexible with scheduling on short notice
