DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. .

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Qualifications:

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
CNN/CDN certification

The Clinical Nurse II, Oncology is a Registered Nurse who delivers direct care to assigned Oncology patients in an ambulatory setting. Nursing care is delivered using standards of care by following approved policies and procedures. Utilizing appropriate decision making skills exhibits competence in the technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to independently and safely manage routine patient assignment. The Clinical Nurse II, Oncology establishes a plan of care, sets goals, determines priorities, and provides care within established standards of practice. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assesses appropriately patient care needs and learning needs in routine oncology patient populations.
