Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility and safe transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Light housekeeping and companionship
Medication reminders
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Provide compassionate senior care and home health support

Qualifications:

Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Direct Support Professional preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background screening
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or senior care is a plus

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) of Asian Heritage and Spanish heritage to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility. Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience). Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
