• Provide direct patient care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals

Requirements:

• LPN licensure in the state of Maryland

• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The Nursing Home LPN can expect to care for patients affected by illnesses, injuries or conditions that require extended intermediate nursing care and rehabilitation services.
