Laurel Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center-Mt. Laurel, NJ

Berlin Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center- Berlin, NJ

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center- Lumberton, NJ

Same Day Pay! 

$30.00/hour - $37.00/hour

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment 

• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager 

• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) 

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly 

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided 

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of NJ.

• Ability to work with multiple patients at once 

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
