We pay for your lunch break — meaning you are paid for a full 8-hour shift.

Effective Hourly Rates:

• $24.53/hour (Weekdays)

• $26.99/hour (Weekends)

Bonus Opportunities

• $500 bonus after picking up 20 shifts in 3 months

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Current CT CNA Certification required

• Nursing home experience preferred (1+ year)

• Fully vaccinated or have first dose completed with second dose scheduled prior to start

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal care

• Support safe ambulation and transfers

• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed

• Promote residents’ emotional well-being through positive relationship building

Patient Care Associate - Med/Surg

Scope Of Position Provide general patient care following standardized procedures that do not require state licensure for assigned unit, under the direction of an RN, according to the assigned patient population. Primary patient procedures may include ADL's, nutritional support, vital signs and phlebotomy. Requirements Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. CPR certified. Ability to reach and write English with a command of verbal English. Ability to work well and collaboratively with other members of health care team. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Ability to operate (or learn) a computer. Ability to work in a time oriented environment including exposure to all patient elements i.e., blood borne pathogens, physical requirements include lifting and pulling of patients, pushing of stretchers, standing and walking.
