As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, You Will:

  • Provide non-medical care, including companionship and emotional support

  • Assist clients with personal care as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming)

  • Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your team

  • Ensure reliable care by being punctual and consistent in your shifts


Qualifications:

·        Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of others

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have a complete set of Vaccinations

·        MMR titer showing immunity or 2 doses of vaccine 28 days apart

·        Varicella titer showing immunity or 2 doses of vaccine 28 days apart

·        Tdap at least 1 dose in lifetime or Tdap/Td vaccine within 10 yrs prior

·        Hep B complete series or declination. Educ on job related risks given

·        TB 2 negative skin test with in last 12 months or clearance/abnormal screen

·        Covid recent booster or declination form where mask is worn with client

·        Flu vaccine 11/1-5/31 or declination form where mask is worn with client
