Salary: $77,400-$80,000
What Devereux Looks For In YOU
- Responsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual.
- Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day only and residential programs identified as high risk.
- Review all dietary changes for day only and residential programs.
- Conduct specialized training for new hire orientations, boot camp classes and on-going as needed.
- Review medications charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home.
- Assisting group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed.
- Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received.

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
- One year of nursing experience preferred, but New Grads will also be considered.
- Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
- Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
- Have a strong passion for working with and helping adults with special needs.
- Comfortable traveling to different group homes.
