• New MDS Coordinators will be supported onsite for the first 6–12 months
• Experienced MDS Coordinators may be eligible for flexible scheduling sooner

• MDS experience required
• Active LPN or RN license (BSN preferred)
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and reimbursement processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Currently licensed in this state.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of MDS experience preferred.
