Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate the activities of CNAs to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of patient care
Collaborate with the nursing team to prioritize patient care needs and ensure effective communication
Maintain accurate records of CNA schedules, attendance, and performance
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of care
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the nursing team as needed

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
