Right at Home East King County is hiring CNA and HCA caregivers to support seniors in Renton, Highlands, Black Diamond, Ravensdale, Maple Valley, Newcastle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care

  • Mobility Support: Safe transfers, walking assistance, repositioning

  • Homemaking: Light housekeeping, laundry, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces

  • Meal Support: Meal prep, hydration reminders, following dietary needs

  • Medication Reminders: Timely reminders and observing changes in condition

  • Transportation: Escort to appointments, errands, grocery shopping

  • Companionship: Conversation, puzzles, music, social engagement

  • Specialized Care: Dementia support | ROM exercises (as directed) | Support for chronic conditions


Caregiver Qualifications:

  • CNA or HCA license (required or willing to obtain)

  • Able to lift/move 50 lbs

  • Able to read, write, and understand English for client safety

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Pass a background check

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • A caring, patient, and reliable personality
