Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license in the state of OH.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or acute care setting.
  • 1-2 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and nursing best practices.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence in patient care.
