Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

  • ❤️ Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents
  • 🛏️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • 👀 Observe residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns to nursing staff
  • 📝 Document care provided accurately and in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • 🤝 Deliver hands‑on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
  • 🛡️ Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • 🧼 Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • 🌟 Promote dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life for every resident

 

Qualifications

  • Full Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Schedule: 7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a
  • Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • License: Active Maryland CNA license

CNA / Care Partner - Part Time

$20 / hour
*Starting pay is $20 / hour! *We have 7 Part-Time/PRN openings, with the following shift availability: 7am-3pm every other weekend, 3pm-11pm every other weekend, and 11pm-7am every other weekend!
