Responsibilities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

  • ❤️ Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
  • 🩺 Deliver clinical care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
  • 💊 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice
  • 👀 Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team promptly
  • 📝 Accurately document nursing care, assessments, and interventions
  • 🤝 Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team under the direction of the Director of Nursing
  • 🛡️ Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • 🌟 Promote dignity, comfort, emotional support, and overall resident well‑being
  • 🧠 Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach in all resident interactions

 

Qualifications

  • Full Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • Schedule:7a-3p/3p-11p/11p-7a
  • Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • License: Active Maryland LPN license
